Arrival Services

You will be met at the air-bridge; escorted to and through quarantine, visa on arrival, security and immigration, escorted through customs checks, helped with your customs-cleared bags and taken to your driver, car desk or hotel rep (on reaching which is the end of the arrival service).

Often we are able to use a special lane or negotiate special clearance with the duty immigration officer. In every case our staff will use their airport knowledge and local contacts to make passing through the airport as fast and easy as possible.

In the great majority of airports there are no extra charges for late night service: but in some there is a surcharge. We will tell you whether it will apply when you book

We accept late orders and we do not charge extra. An order that is received under 48 hours before service time will be accepted and processed, and we will do our very best to arrange and confirm the requested service.
